How is the User permissions set?

Permissioning (granting of permission) restricts the access scope of each Profile to Divisions, Segments and/or Categories. And in addition to the access scope it is possible to define which actions the User linked to the Profile can execute.

They are: View, Download, E-mail and Manage.

To allow:

Step 1 - Go to the "Profiles" tab in Settings in the upper right corner of the screen;

Step 2 - Click edit located in front of the Profile you want to change the permissions;

Step 3 - In the permissions area, search for the locations and activate the keys for the actions that the Profile should have access to (allow it according to what is agreed);

Step 4 - Send.

NOTE: in the same way that the levels are allowed in each Profile, the contents belonging to different regions can also be allowed with the same existing action, so the user will be able to see the content of other regions if necessary.

For this, in the Step 3 described above, search for the division, segment or category of the Region that these users profile should have access to and allow actions according to the needs of your team.
