How to download an Item?

If you want to Download the Item with all Assets:

1st Step - Look for the Item you want;

2nd Step - Open the Item in Details or by clicking on the item's name;

3rd Step - In the Menu on the right side of the screen, click on Item Download;

4th Step - Choose the Download configuration options;

5th Step - The Item will be prepared for Download, you will be able to follow it visually on screen and, at the end of the process, the item will be downloaded to your browser automatically.

6th Step - Ah, after generated, the item will also be available in the Download Center

Observation:

• Item will be available in download center for 7 days;
• On mobile, the download takes place in the same way, but check that your device supports the operation and that your browser's pop-up is enabled;
• For the download to happen automatically to the browser, it is important that the pop-up is unblocked.
