How to share Items in bulk?

Share multiple Items simultaneously.

1. Share a DAM filter:

Step 1: Locate the Items you want to share, either by Search, Filter, Publish or Navigation;

Step 2: Click the "SHARE ALL" button on the toolbar;

Step 3: Select if you want:

a - Share by link

b- by email;

Step 4: Select how you want your Items to be sent in the ZIP:

a - each Item in a folder (default);

b - all Drop Items in a single folder

A. Share by Link:

Step 5: Click Next;

Step 6: Wait for the Share Link to be generated. It will be available in your Notifications

Step 7: Yap! Now just click on the message to copy your link and share it!

B. Share by Email:

Step 5: Click Next;

Step 6: Enter the e-mail address(es) of the recipient(s) and the message you want;

Step 7: When you click Share Item, each recipient will receive an email with a link to download it! Yap!

Comments:

Download links for items shared by link or email will be available for 24 hours and the download will expire after the first download.

In links to download items in open galleries, files can be downloaded individually within the package, without the need to download all the content,
