The Assets will be visualized from the composition of files of type .obj (3D objects) and .jpg (textures), a model inspired by Skecthfab;
Rules:
1 - First the User will need to upload the .obj Assets and register them on the Platform, then upload the .jpg textures and register them in a different Item, finally, associate the two Items so that the visualization is complete ;
2 - The association rule will only work if the Item has only one .obj asset;
3 - In the Item where the textures will be registered, there may be one or more Assets;
4 - To associate the Item with the .obj asset and the texture Item, it's like a common association of Items, but in this case it's done by the 3D icon in the Item's side menu;
5 - An icon will appear in the internal side menu of the Item for the 3D visualization (visualization is done through the Texture Item);
6 - For automatic identification, Assets will have to be exported with the same nomenclature used in Sketchfab. In this process, the platform will add two tags: #3D and #TextureName, however the User can also add it manually;
7- The user can define that the Asset is a texture from the Tags registered in it (if the texture keyword - as in sketchfab, has not been identified in the asset);
8 - Accepted nomenclature endings:
_diffuse
_displacement
_normal
_bump
_roughness
_metalness
_alpha
_aomap
_light
Example: thin texture_diffuse.jpg
9 - Associations between .obj and textures (.jpg) can be undone at any time.
NOTE: If the name of the texture asset does not have the accepted endings or does not have the tags applied, the association with the .obj Asset will not occur and, therefore, the visualization of the 3D model will not be possible.
