How to share assets between items?

If you have a digital asset that is already registered in an Item in the DAM, you can select this asset and group it with other assets from the same Region and create a new item.

Which means it is possible to create a new Item through a selection of assets that are already registered in the DAM.

To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Search the DAM for the asset you want;

Step 2 - Click on Details;

Step 3 - On the left side, there will be the  Select active icon

Step 4 - When selecting the asset, on the DAM page it will open in the toolbar with the selected Assets.

You can select up to 30 assets from the same Region to create a new Item.

Step 5 - By clicking on Selected Assets you will be able to manage the assets you selected, that is, change positions, delete or even add other assets from the Bucket.

- To add assets from the Bucket

Step 6 - Click on Add asset;

Step 7 - Search the assets you want and click Add;

Step 8 - If you want, order in the way you like and click Create item.

Step 9 - Fill in the Item information and, if desired, add the markers;

Step 10 - Click Save.

- To proceed without adding assets from the Bucket

Step 6 - Click on Create item;

Step 7 - Fill in the Item information and, if desired, add the markers;

Step 8 - Click Save.
