How to share an Asset?

There are two ways to share a specific asset through your DAM:

Share by Link:

Step 1 - Search the Item you want to share;

Step 2 - When accessing the item, choose the Asset you want to share;

Step 3 - On the left side of the item's page, you will find the Share Asset;

Step 4 - Select the option “Share by link” and click Next;

Step 5 - To copy the link, click on Copy Link;

Step 6 - Yap! You can now send the link to anyone you want!

Share via email:

To share via email, follow the 1st, 2nd and 3rd steps described above, then follow with:

Step 4 - Select the Share by email option and click Next;

Step 5 - Enter the email address of the recipient(s) who will receive the asset and the message you want to send;

Step 6 - By clicking Share Active, each recipient will receive an email with a link to download it! Yap!

Notes:

• Links for downloading assets shared by link or email will be available for 24 hours and the download expires after the first download.
• Download links for assets that belong to open categories and are shared by link are available for 24 hours, but have unlimited downloads, not expiring on the first download.
