How to edit an Item?

You can add, delete and reorder Assets and bookmarks and edit the Item Information in the form.

To edit Item information:

Step 1 - Search for the Item you want to change;

Step 2 - Open the Item in DETAILS;

Step 3 - Click Edit item located on the right side menu of the screen;

Step 4 - The form with the information will open. Just change the fields you want and click Save.

To Manage the Assets in the Item:

Step 1 - Search for the Item you want to change;

Step 2 - Open the Item in Details;

Step 3 - Click on Assets of the item located on the right side menu of the screen;

Step 4 - Click on the Manage Assets button;

You can reorder assets and add/delete bookmarks.

By clicking Save, the changes made will be saved in the current version.

To add:

Step 5 - Click on Add Asset to search for the Assets in the Bucket;

Step 6 - Search and select the Assets you want and click Add;

You can reorder, add bookmarks and comment. By clicking Save, you will create a new version of the Item.

To remove:

Step 5 - Select all the Assets you want to remove from the Item;

Step 6 - Click Remove Asset;

Attention: When removing assets that belong to other versions of the Item, the Asset will remain in the previous versions and will not return to the Bucket.

Assets only return to the Bucket after being deleted from all versions they belong to or if they were added directly from the Bucket.

You can reorder, add bookmarks and comment. By clicking Save, you will create a new version of the Item.
