The expiration date in the Profiles serves to control and restrict the access of Users linked to them. This deadline can be changed at any time by a manager.
For new users: the term will be validated from the moment of the access request;
For existing users: it will be validated from the change of validity in the Profile settings, so, if the User is active for longer than the configured duration, he will be blocked and will need to request the unblocking to the Profile manager.
If the Profile has an active term it will be possible to view the expiration date of its respective Users, through the list of Users or in the account of a specific User. If the date is in red, the expiry date of that Profile has reached the limit and the User has been blocked, if it is in yellow, the User will be 3 days from the expiry period, and if it is in black, he is within the current period.
The User will be notified of the expiration date via e-mail, not only at the time of requesting access but also 3 days before the expiration date. If the User is already blocked he will be notified by the Platform every time he tries to access it through login.
Note: The term is valid until 11:59pm on the last day of the deadline, on the following day all users of that Profile will have their access to the DAM blocked. If necessary the manager can unlock it allowing access again and restarting the current period; The Profiles that can unlock Users are the Profiles of content managers who have access to the User permission scope and are moderators. If there is a blocked User the manager may request the unblocking to support@yapoli.com.
