The permissions (granting of permission) of the Profile is made at the time of registration. Everything that is permitted (authorized) within the Profile will be shown to all Users linked to it. When registrating a Profile there will be a space for permissions where you will decide which areas of the Platform that Profile will have access to.
Permissioning can be done in levels (Division, Segment or Category), by types of actions (View, Download, Share, Manage, Publish), by Regions if they exist and even by Metadata.
Permissioning between different Regions allows the user to navigate between registered Regions without the need to make a new access request in a new Profile, as well as being able to view, share, download or even manage content belonging to such Regions.
