The expiration date on Profiles due to inactivity is there to control and restrict the access of Users who do not use the Platform within the stipulated period for that Profile. This deadline can be changed at any time by a manager.
For new users: the term will be validated from the moment of the access request;
For existing users: it will be validated from the change in validity in the Profile settings so if the User does not log in within the configured period he will be blocked and will need to request the unblocking to the manager Profile.
The User will be notified about the expiration date via e-mail not only at the time of requesting access but also 3 days before the expiration date. If the User is already blocked, he will be notified by the Platform every time he tries to access it through the log-in.
