How to download multiple Items at once?

Download multiple Items simultaneously.

1. Download a filter from DAM:

Step 1: Locate the Items you want to Download, either by Search, Filter, Publication or Navigation;

Step 2: Click the "DOWNLOAD ALL" button on the toolbar;

Step 3: Select Item name:

a - Item Taxonomy

b - Alternate name, house has

Step 4: Select Item format:

a - Original assets

b- High resolution web images

c- Low resolution web images

d - Image specifications, if you have

Step 5: Configure the ZIP file that will be generated.

a - If desired, add a name to the ZIP file

b - Otherwise, the download will have the name: Empresa_Data_Horário_Região.

Step 6: Select how you would like to generate your Items

a - Each item in a folder

b - All Items in a single folder, i.e. with loose Assets

Step 7: Select how you would like to be notified when the Item is ready to download

a - On platform (default)

b - by email

Step 8: Click REQUEST DOWNLOAD

Step 9: The Item, after generated, will be available in the Download Center

Observation:

- Item will be available for 7 days;

- There is a limit of 1000 items or up to 30Gb per request;

- This functionality occurs in both list and card views;

- On mobile, the download takes place in the same way, but check that your device supports the operation and that your browser's pop-up is enabled.

2. Download from a selection by List

Step 1:  Enable the visualization of your Items by List;

Step 2:  Filter the Items you want, by Search or by Metadata Filter;

Step 3:  Select the top of the list to Select all of the page or individually select the Items you want;

Step 4:  Click on the Download icon;

Step 5:  Select Item name:

a - Item Taxonomy

b - Alternate name, house has

Step 6:  Select Item format:

a - Original assets

b - High resolution web images

c- Low resolution web images

d - Image specifications, if you have

Step 7: Configure the ZIP file that will be generated.

a - If desired, add a name to the ZIP file

b - Otherwise, the download will have the name: Empresa_Data_Horário_Região

Step 8: Select how you would like to generate your Items

a - Each item in a folder

b - All Items in a single folder, i.e. with loose Assets

Step 9:  Select how you would like to be notified when the Item is ready to download

a - On platform (default)

b - By email

Step 10:  Click REQUEST DOWNLOAD

Step 11: The Item, after generated, will be available in the Download Center

Observation:

- The list has a limit of 30 Items per page;

- There is a limit of 1000 Items or up to 30Gb per request;

- Item will be available for 7 days;

- On mobile, this option is not available.

3. Download from a selection by Card

The steps are similar to Download by List, however there is no way to select all items at once.

Step 1: Locate the Items you want, select and click the download icon.

Step 2: Configure how you want to receive your Items

Step 3: The Item, after generated, will be available in the Download Center
