There are two ways to access the DAM: Request access or be invited by the profile managers (Host).
To invite a co-worker or supplier, follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Go to Settings;
Step 2 - Open the Profile Page;
Step 3 - Search for the profile you wish;
Step 4 - On the list, click on the Invite icon;
Step 5 - Type or copy and paste the email address of the user.
Step 6 - Click in Send Invitation.
Note:
- There is a limit of 20 emails at once;
- The users can only be invited to one Profile;
- The invitation link expires in 7 days;
- After putting an email, press "Enter" or "Tab" in your keyboard;
- Use a comma (,) or semicolon (;) to separate emails copied from a list;
- Guests who have their invitations expired or deleted will be able to proceed with the request for access to the DAM with the Profile already selected.
The invitation will be sent to the inserted email, if there is an error you will be informed when clicking Send Invite.
To track invitations:
Step 1 - Go to settings;
Step 2 - Open the Users page;
Step 3 - Find the email of the user you want;
Step 4 - Click the line and the page with the user situation will open, which are:
- Guest - the invitation was sent, but the user still hasn't registered on the platform and has no access;
- Registered Guest - the user was invited, has already registered on the platform and has access;
- Expired Guest - The invitation was sent, but the user did not registered on the platform and the invitation link expired;
In the User page, you can also:
- Re-sent the invite, if necessary;
- Block the User;
- Delete the User.
