How to create a support text for the access request?

The DAM allows new users to request access in the platform's login page, when the User is not invited by any manager.

Therefore, it is possible to create a support text so that this applicant can have instructions on which Region and which Profile Type they fit.

To add a support text:

Step 1 - Go to Settings;

Step 2 - Open the Platform page;

Step 3 - Click the Customize Requests tab;

You will see the steps for requesting access where you can add the support text:

Region | Profile Type | Complementary data | Personal data

Step 4 - Click on the step where you want to add the text;

Step 5 - You can add the text in three languages ​​(Portuguese, English, Spanish) and in each of the fields you can add bold, italic, underlined or add a link to any word.

Step 6 - Click Save at the bottom of the page.

If you want to add a new text, just click another step and add the text in the field.
