The Item Gallery allows items to be created 1:1, that is, in each item it is possible to have only one asset.
These assets can be managed by creating a new version of the item or being deleted.
To create an item gallery:
Step 1 - Go to the "Categories" page in Settings located in the upper right corner of the screen;
Step 2 - Add in a new register located next to the search list;
Step 3 - Fill in the mandatory data and the optional ones if desired (see the full explanation)
Step 4 - Activate the Gallery key so the items in this category are automatically created in a 1:1 ratio, which means each item can only have one asset. In this option, items are grouped automatically, therefore, it is not possible to Relate items.
After creating the Category with Item Gallery enabled, go to the Bucket to create the items you want normally and you're good to go. Your Item Gallery has been created.
You can view it along with the other Categories or on the homepage as a Shortcut.
The metadata in the a category become groupers, and they can become a shortcut in the DAM.
Each metadata value linked to this grouper that has an item created becomes an image gallery when creating the shortcut.
NOTE: The creation of shortcuts is not available for direct creation by the user, to create one it is necessary to contact our team providing the necessary information and we will make the shortcut available in the DAM.
