To create a Task in the Workflow Tool, the function must first be permissioned in the Profile. In the permissions area activate the manage switch
for the tools.
Once allowed:
Step 1 - Click on the menu, in the upper right corner of the DAM;
Step 2 - Locate the tool you want to use;
Step 3 - Add a new Task by clicking the icon

Step 4 - Fill in the name, the task summary, the requested additional information, if you wish, link an item and the information for creating it at the end of the task;
Step 5 - Click on start task to save and open the task.
After the task is opened, the following phases will be available:
Open
- Everyone involved will have access to the task;
Running
- All those involved will have access to the task, but only the Executor will be able to send the attached material for validation;
- A draft of the Final Item will be created so that it can be accessed while the task is open;
In Validation
- All those involved will have access to the task, but only the Requester will be able to send the task for validation or return for execution;
On approval
- Everyone involved will have access to the task, but only the Approver will be able to send the task for completion or reject it, sending the task back for execution;
Finished
- Everyone involved will have access to the task, but only the Requester will be able to finish the task by saving the Item in the DAM.
- It will no longer be possible to perform any action within the task.
Rules:
1 - Limit of 10 attachments per task.
