How to allow an Application Tool?

For the user to have access to the Application Tools, they must have the necessary permission on the Profile to which they belong:

To allow:

Step 1 - Click Settings in the upper right corner of the screen;

Step 2 - Click on 'Profiles';

Step 3 - Select the Profile that will have access to the tools;

Step 4 - In 'permissions' type: Request Tools;

Step 5 - Select and activate the key "Manage"

Step 6 - Save.

After this process is done, it is also possible to allow per tool. This means that there are two types of specific permissions, the profile can submit or manage the tool. By activating the submit key users of that profile will only be able to send requests, now when activating the manage key users will become executors and will be able to see the detailed list of requests.

How to allow:

Step 5 - Activate one of the keys (submit or manage);
