Yapoli's DAM has two kinds of tools to help on the daily quests and activities:
Request Tool:
It's a tool created from registered Items on the platform in which you can send a request, so other registered Users can perform a task with the Item.
Workflow Tool:
Create a workflow that requires the creation and the content approval. Which means this tool is for the creation of a material that does not exist yet. Besides, when your process is finished the content will be automatically created in the DAM.
