To create a workflow tool, the function must first be permissioned in the Profile. In the permissions area activate the manage switch
for the tools.
Once permissioned:
Step 1 - Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the DAM;
Step 2 - Open the "Tools" page;
Step 3 - Include a new registration by clicking the icon

Step 4 -Select Workflow;
Step 5 - Enter the name, purpose of the tool, the executors who will respond to the request;
Step 6 - If you want to create a form for executors, select the existing Metadata for it. When selecting, you can choose the order and also make it mandatory.
Step 7 - Add the name of the button that will appear on the item's screen;
Step 8 - Click Save.
