One of the steps of the LGPD (General Personal Data Protection Law) allows our customers to upload their own Privacy Policy on the platform.
When uploading a policy (in the Platform module) it will be presented to new Users in two moments:
- At the end of the access request process: the access request will only be forwarded for approval when the User accepts the terms of the policy. As long as it does not accept the submit request button it is not enabled.
- On the first login of Users who already use the platform, after updating the policy: in this case, the policy appears as a pop-up on the first login. If the User accepts the terms, his access is done normally. If the User does not accept the terms, his login is blocked at the moment and he is no longer able to access the Platform. If this happens, the User must contact the Profile manager so that he can unblock the User directly in the DAM (in the Users module).
By the guidelines of the LGPD it is mandatory that we record all the "accepted" or "not accepted" of the Users on the Platform. This data is stored and feeds the entire audit trail, which is available for information retrieval, if necessary.

It is necessary to add the privacy policy in Portuguese, as the official version of the customer's privacy policy, and the respective translations in English and Spanish.
In this case, the acceptance for users will be sent whenever the policy in Portuguese is changed and not in other languages. But, users will have access to the document in the language in which it was selected to use the platform.
