You should contact the DPO in the following cases:
- If there is an incident in which your personal data submitted to the Yapoli Platform was violated or used without your consent through the Yapoli Platform;
- If there is some kind of doubt in Yapoli's Privacy Policy;
- If there are any questions about how we collect, treat and store your personal data (name, ID, E-mail) informed in the initial sign-in.
P.S.: In case your request is referring to a safety incident in which your personal data informed in the Yapoli Platform was breached or used without your consent through the Platform, you should contact the DPO of your company at first so they can start the investigation process, and if necessary contact Yapoli’s DPO in order to help in the investigation of the incident.
