From registered Items on the platform, the Profile that has Manager permission will be able to create a request to other users approved on the platform to perform a task related to the Item.
For example, some printing material; editing an image or even requesting a change to a document.
All users participating in the task will have access to a dash, located in the top menu, with access to the request. Users who are selected as executors will receive an email notification with this request and it is possible to update the status on the task itself.
NOTE: The tool can be created, deleted or edited by content manager profiles. The tools will be visible on the item's internal screen in the right side menu.
