The support is set up so that users can ask their content questions directly to a platform content manager, so that questions about items, assets, request tools, among others, can go directly to someone in charge and do not have to go through Yapoli as a mediator. As a result, doubts can be solved and answered faster and more assertively.
The supportwidget will only appear after being configured in the region.
To register:
Step 1 - Go to Settings, in the upper right corner of the page;
Setp 2 - Go to the Regions page, in the top menu;
Step 3 - Add the user(s) who should receive the email with the support request.
To ask for content support:
Step 1 - Click on the supportwidget;
Step 2 - Write the question;
Step 3 - Click Submit.
The person responsible for the support will receive an email with the question and will respond directly from their email.
