Help
It has the information from the platform's FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). Which means, it is for technical questions related to the platform.
Example: How to register items? What is the DAM? What is a Region? Support
A form sent to the content manager of items registered in the DAM. That is, for questions about content.
Example: What is the product code xxx? In which channels can I distribute the item xxx?
